All classes are low impact, meaning no jumping, making it suitable for those with joint concerns or during pregnancy (with a doctor's clearance). You'll leave each session feeling strong and energized without placing unnecessary stress on your knees and joints. This program is also valuable for post-recovery. What do you need? - A desire to live a healthier life. - No equipment needed, just a willingness to move your body and have fun while getting a good workout. What can you expect? - Three 20-minute videos per week. - Classes targeting lower body, upper body and core, and full body. - All muscle groups will be engaged, ensuring a comprehensive workout.
