Postpartum "Get Back into Shape and Feel Great” Who Should Do This Program? This program is designed for women who are postpartum and looking for a gradual return to exercise. It combines stretching, light cardio, and sculpting exercises using body weight and light weights, with a strong focus on core strengthening. It is safe for women who have diastasis recti (DR) or have had C-sections, but please consult with your doctor first. This program is also an excellent introduction for anyone new to exercise. What Can I Expect? The program includes 12-20 minute videos, each focusing on different muscle groups, with some sessions targeting the full body. All classes offer modifications for beginners and options to increase the challenge as you progress. The difficulty of the classes will increase throughout the program, and participants are encouraged to add additional weight for more resistance. Do I Need Experience in Weight Training or Resistance Bands? No prior experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome and modifications are provided to ensure you can push yourself comfortably. What Equipment Will I Need? A mat or carpeted area is recommended, along with light weights.
