The Overwhelm of Big Goals

I've coached many people with incredible fitness goals:☑️ More energy☑️ Lose 15 pounds☑️ Fit into smaller clothes☑️ Feel better, stronger, and healthier

The problem?They get overwhelmed.They want results overnight—but that’s not realistic, and sometimes it’s even dangerous.


The Three Ps: A Better Way Forward

To stay grounded and focused, I always share the Three Ps:

🙏 Prayer

Nothing happens without help from HaShem (G-d).

🕰️ Patience

Enjoy the journey. Notice the little changes.

💪 Practice

Work hard. Be consistent. Show up.


Real Talk After Class

It’s common for a member to come to me after class, frustrated:

“I’m exhausted.”“I couldn’t finish.”“I missed some moves.”

And I tell them:

“You did it. You started היום.”“That’s more than yesterday. You are making progress.”“If you slip, I’ll gently call you out. I’m with you every step. The path isn’t straight, but we stay on the road together.”

Breakthroughs Happen

With time and effort, G-d willing, they see real changes:

✅ More energy during the day✅ Feeling less stressed✅ Finishing a full class for the first time

And it all started היום.
