Going the Extra Mile for One Client – or Not? 🤔

Baruch HaShem (Thank G-d), over the past year, Jump Into Shape has grown from just one exercise program to nearly twenty! 💪🎉 Sometimes, I think, "maybe that’s enough." Sometimes.

Then, as often happens, a member reaches out with a request. This time, he wanted 12-minute beginner classes with:

✅ 20-second exercise sets

✅ 20-second rest breaks

✅ No bodyweight exercises—just weights and jump rope

What to do? 🤷‍♂️ Tell him to adjust—or build something new?

On one hand, Jump Into Shape customizes programs, but we can’t create a new program for every person. On the other hand, if one member wants it, could others benefit too?

As a business owner, I always weigh the time and cost. Since I can personally lead these workouts, there’s no outside expense—just a small tweak to my routine. I typically do a 20–30 min workout for new programs, so adding this isn’t a stretch.

💡 Plan: Build out a 24-class series, starting with 3 per week—which aligns with the member’s schedule. And if he wants more? I’ll happily add more!

### Takeaways for Any Business Owner:

Listen to your clients! Their needs can inspire great offerings.

Assess the cost. Will it take up too much time or money?

Consider the bigger picture. Will others benefit?

Is it easy to implement? Small tweaks can create big value.

Always pray to G-d for guidance. 🙏

Many blessings,

Moshe
