What do you look for in an exercise program?
I suggest the following:
👉Fun: otherwise you will lose interest and it will become a burden… we all like “fun” things
👉Motivating: usually this comes in the form of an instructor or friend that is always pushing you to do more or via team and individual contests
👉Challenging: I think we have this desire to always strive to do more and prove to ourselves that HaShem (G-d) gives us unlimited potential
